The subscription
Scan Cam Pro is a yearly subscription that starts with a 7-day free trial. Its price is the one shown in the app when you subscribe and on Google Play, in your country’s currency: it varies from one country to another. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each year unless it is cancelled before that date. The renewal is billed by Google to the payment method on your Google Play account.
Managing or cancelling
Your subscription is managed in the Google Play app: tap your profile picture, then “Payments & subscriptions”, then “Subscriptions”. That is where it can be cancelled; Scan Cam cannot do it for you. Cancelling before the end of the free trial costs nothing. After cancelling, Scan Cam Pro stays available until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments and refunds
Payments are collected by Google, and refunds follow Google Play’s rules: a request is made from your Google Play account. For any other question about your subscription: pierremunozfrance@gmail.com.
Your right to use the app
The publisher grants you the personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Scan Cam on the Android devices that you own or have the use of. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, resell, rent, decompile or modify the app.
What the app does
Scan Cam is provided as it is, to scan and work on your own documents. You remain responsible for what the documents you scan, edit and share contain, and for the rights attached to them. As your documents are kept only on your phone, remember to export them: to the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for their loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country. In case of disagreement, write first to pierremunozfrance@gmail.com: an amicable solution will be sought.
